Jinja: The Adventure Capital and Murchison Falls Safari 5 Days

From JInja Adventures to Murchison Falls
Experience the beauty and fascination of Jinja, the source of the river Nile. Enjoy a sunset cruise to the source of the river Nile, tour the streets of Jinja town and raft down the river Nile or take a horseback safari along the river banks. Proceed further down the Nile to the spectacular Murchison Falls where the river’s waters dramatically burst out of a six metre gorge.

Experience Uganda’s wilderness at its very best in Murchison Falls National Park which once was Africa’s most popular park in the 1960s. Set in the western part of Uganda, the park is formed of two contrasting vegetation types, with a lush green tropical forest on the southern end of the river Nile and seas of endless savannah on the other. The park is home to lions, elephants, antelope, baboons, buffaloes, chimpanzees, and water bucks, over 200 bird species and various aquatic mammals like the Nile crocodiles, hippos, residing in the banks of the river Nile.

Enjoy rhino tracking, morning game drives, chimpanzee treks through the forests, nature walks to the top of the falls and a boat ride down the Nile to the dramatic roaring falls.
